Scope & Approach
Grading is the foundation of every commercial project. We approach earthwork with the same discipline we bring to structural concrete: precise elevations, correct compaction, and engineered drainage from day one.
Our team handles everything from mass site cuts on Kern County commercial pads to hillside grading in the Eastern Sierra, where terrain, elevation, and weather all play a role. We coordinate directly with civil engineers, surveyors, and geotechnical teams to make sure the site is built right the first time.
When your project involves complicated topography, environmental constraints, or utility trenching alongside earthmoving, we bring the equipment, the crew, and the field experience to keep it on schedule.
