What We Do
Scope & Approach
A metal building is only as good as the slab it sits on and the crew that squares it. We handle the whole package: site work, engineered foundation and anchor bolts, erection of the primary and secondary framing, sheeting, trim, doors, and closeout.
We work with the major pre-engineered manufacturers and coordinate the order early so anchor bolt patterns, wind and snow loads, and delivery dates line up with the schedule instead of fighting it. Mountain and high desert sites carry real snow and wind design requirements, and we build to them.
Most of this work is a location question more than a scope question. Kern, Mono, and Inyo Counties are all fair game, from a shop building outside Bakersfield to a hangar or equipment barn at elevation.
